So Happy to be living in San Luis Obispo County. Moved up to Atascadero to be closer to my 82 y/o Sister, in case something happened to her or her husband who had MS for over 30 years. Well early in 2015 he was hospitalized for transitioning to a nursing home, and he developed pneumonia. He was gone in 3 days. It was a terrible shock to everyone, although he had been ready to meet his maker for some time. I'm very happy that I did relocate, as I am now able to spend almost all my time with my sister. She is 17 years older than me, so we did not really grow up together, and it's been wonderful to become her best friend. We do have a great time together, and enjoy each others company. She and her husband were married for almost 62 years, and she loves to talk about him, which I encourage, as it is good for her.
Other than that, I do have a few friends that live here in North county, and take 1 of 2 days off each week for myself.
I'm hoping to take a trip to Costa Rica with my sister and favorite neice.
I really don't understand how I got a diploma, I daydreamed my way through high school. Did my homework in study hall, and I guess I just made out on common sense, and good luck. I did do pretty well in English, that stuck with me.
But Algebra, and history kind of went over my head.

So very sorry about Gregs passing. I'd been following his progress from his first diagnosis. I was so sure his positive attitude and love for his family and community would bring him through safely. I feel so bad for his loved ones, he was such a good man. He will be remembered by many people forever. This world was a better place with him in it. I know that no one in his family knows me, but I hope they are able to find peace in his passing, and know that he will never really leave them. His spirit is everlasting.
