I have been trying to locate my friends from school. My best friend was Edward Augustus Adams. His obituary is below. I wish I could find out why he passed on so early in his life. I tried getting a hold of Jimmy his twin but never received an answer from him so if anyone knows please let me know.

Edward A. Adams

Edward A. Adams, 54, of Hamilton, passed from this world to be with our Lord on Friday, Sept. 27, 2002.

Ed was born on Sept. 24, 1948, in Santa Maria, Calif., to Jack and Beverly Adams.

Ed had a great love of the mountains and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He moved to the Bitterroot 12 years ago with his wife and family.

He served two enlistments in the Navy and Special Forces, serving during the Viet Nam War. His most recent business venture was as co-owner of A & E Seafood. He enjoyed helping others especially those with disabilities.

Survivors include his wife, April, and sons Michael, Steven and Joshua; daughters Leila and Peggie. Granddaughter Aurora Lynn.

A reflection and remembrance time will be held Saturday, Oct. 5 from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Ed's home, 66 Bell Lane in Hamilton.

Private family urn placement will take place at a later date.

The family suggests memorials to MDM-Hospice of the Bitterroot, 1200 Westwood Dr., Hamilton Mont., 59840, or to Hunt of a Lifetime, 6297 Buffalo Road, Harbor Creek, Pa., 16421.

Arrangements are under the care of the Daly-Leach Chapel in Hamilton.
